BIOEQUA member can simply tap to the right or at the top right "Login". If you don’t have an BIOEQUA account, please do download the SQCHECK APP(only support Android system) or MYPRO APP (support both Android and iOS systems) and register a new BIOEQUA account, following by fill in your name, country, mobile phone (as your future login account), password, E-mail, date of birth and other data required fields, you will be able to confirm your registration immediately; if you are already a BIOEQUA member, select Sign In after entering the country, mobile and password.

You can browse BIOEQUA official website & online shopping to find these products which are in accordance with or pre-classified for your need, or simply through the direct search on our function selections. BIOEQUA offers a full range of products for your skincare routine, and from time to time providing our member with exclusive product and packages.
CHECKOUT
To purchase the product: simply select the desired quantity of product, and then click on"Add to Cart";. When you done with your shopping, you can click on the"Cart" feature option and double confirm your shopping list, then you are good to checkout.
FILL OUT INFORMATION & MAKE PAYMENT
After you fill out the details of shipping and credit card correctly, then follow by click the “Checkout” then the “To Pay” to complete your order
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon checkout, a message will be sent to you through email or MYPRO APP regarding your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional message to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that message so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. There will be seven working days of domestic shipping (excluding weekly rest and national holidays) and 14 working days of international shipping (excluding weekly rest and national holidays).
SALES TAX
All orders shipped from BIOEQUA will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state, city and country to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.
SHIPPING METHODS & PRICING
For Domestic: BIOEQUA ships via UPS to US addresses only, but expedited shipping via UPS is available at the costs outlined below.
• UPS Ground (Complimentary shipping) (3-5 Business Days)
• UPS 2 Day ($18.00) (2 Business Days)
• UPS Next Day ($25.00) (1 Business Day)
For International: BIOEQUA ships via UPS or Fedex to all addresses outside the US. Free International shipping is available when purchase is over $200 and more.
MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
Products ordered by phone, mail, or e-commerce are not for resale. We regret that we must limit orders to no more than three (3) units of any item (per size, per day) with a maximum purchase of $3000 per customer. PAYMENT OPTIONS
BIOEQUA accepts MasterCard, Visa and Union Pay. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order. If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card information online, we will be pleased to accept your order by phone. Please call 1-877-469-3701. In the event your credit card is declined, BIOEQUA will inform you of this event and request a new credit card number. Please provide BIOEQUA with your new credit card number within 5 days so we can fulfill your order without you having to resubmit your order.
BUSINESS DAYS
Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 11AM Pacific Time (PT) to be processed on the same business day. Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is UPS and we ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." BIOEQUA is not responsible for acts of nature, mankind or otherwise that may impede or slow down delivery times.
